Full MEP works to a villa in Cluster 44, Jumeirah Islands: power distribution and final circuits throughout, water supply, hot water and drainage, and air conditioning across the house.

On site
The property was occupied for part of the programme, so work was staged room by room and water and power interruptions were kept to agreed slots. Finishes were already in place in some areas, which set how services could be routed.
Outcome
Systems were tested, balanced and handed over, with the option of planned maintenance afterwards.
