The brief
An activity venue at Mirdif City Centre, where the MEP had to suit a space used heavily by the public rather than a standard retail layout — higher occupancy, more equipment, and ventilation sized for people rather than stock.
What we did
- Lighting and small power to the shopfit layout
- Air conditioning and ducting to the sales floor
- Water supply and drainage where required
- Testing, commissioning and handover records
On site
The venue sits inside a working mall, so installation ran around trading hours and the centre’s permit system. Equipment positions moved during the fit-out, and circuits and ductwork were re-coordinated on site to follow them.
Outcome
Systems were tested, balanced and handed over with the records the centre requires before a tenant can open.
