The brief
A fashion retail fit-out in the Dubai Mall fashion district. Lighting and air conditioning carry most of the weight in a store like this: the brand’s lighting layout had to be delivered exactly, and the sales floor kept comfortable with the doors open to the mall.
What we did
- Lighting and small power to the shopfit layout
- Air conditioning and ducting to the sales floor
- Water supply and drainage where required
- Testing, commissioning and handover records
On site
Work was coordinated against the shopfit contractor’s programme in one of the busiest centres in the region, with access, deliveries and hot works all booked in advance.
Outcome
Handed over with circuits tested, airflows balanced and the documentation the centre asks for at handover.
