The brief
MEP works at Trident Bayside in Dubai Marina, carried out in a residential tower where other apartments stayed occupied throughout. Scope covered power distribution, water supply and drainage, and air conditioning.

On site
Working in an occupied tower sets the rules: service lift bookings, agreed working hours, protected routes through common areas, and water and power interruptions scheduled with building management rather than announced on the day.
Outcome
Systems were tested and commissioned, and the building’s management received the records for their own files.
