The brief
A corporate office at Expo City. Office MEP is about density and flexibility — small power and data containment for a desk layout that will change, lighting that suits screen work, and air conditioning zoned to how the floor is actually occupied.
What we did
- Power distribution, final circuits and containment
- Lighting and emergency lighting
- Air conditioning, ducting and controls
- Testing, commissioning and handover records
On site
Expo City has its own access and approval process, and the programme was built around it. Distribution was planned with spare ways so future desk moves would not mean a new board.
Outcome
Handed over with circuits tested, lighting commissioned and air conditioning balanced to the occupied layout.
