Planned preventive visits and reactive call-outs across the systems you hold with us — typically electrical, plumbing and air conditioning, with the scope written down so there is no argument later about what is included.
What kind of properties do you cover?

Will you take over a system you did not install?
Yes. We survey the systems first and quote on what is actually there, rather than inheriting someone else's assumptions.
What is the difference between planned and reactive work?
Planned visits are scheduled to catch faults before they stop your operation. Reactive work is the call-out when something has already failed. A contract covering both is what keeps the second kind rare.
