Do you fabricate ducting yourselves?

Yes, in our own workshop. Duct fabrication in-house keeps site time short and means changes do not wait on an outside supplier.

Can you design kitchen extract and make-up air?

Yes, and the two have to be designed together. If the extract is not balanced by make-up air the kitchen runs negative, doors pull shut and the extract never clears properly.

Do you install FCU, AHU and VRF systems?

Yes, along with ducting, controls, and testing and balancing at handover.

Do you maintain the system after installation?

Yes, under an annual maintenance contract. The team that maintains the system is normally the team that installed it, so the drawings and commissioning records are already in our hands.

My AC is not cooling properly — what now?
