About Xylem
Xylem Electromechanical L.L.C. has worked in the UAE since 1999, with more than 500 projects behind it in survey, design, construction and maintenance.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified, DEWA-approved specialised MEP contractor. Our quality partners support us in working to a sustainable methodology, so a client’s brand and design concept can be delivered without losing sight of the codes the unit has to meet.
That means building to local authority requirements — Dubai Municipality for mechanical works, DEWA for electrical — and to the guidelines of the major developers and zoning authorities whose buildings we work in.
Our client management starts at the first meeting rather than at mobilisation. The market and its requirements keep getting more sophisticated, and the earlier the scope and design are settled, the fewer hidden costs appear later in the project.
