An engineer visits
We measure the space, check the existing services and confirm what the unit can carry. Bring drawings if you have them; we manage without.
You get a proposal
Scope, drawings where they are needed, and a price against a programme we can actually hold to.

Nothing is essential. If you have drawings, a tenancy or fit-out pack, or an equipment schedule, bring them — it saves a round of questions.
