Permits before tools
Hot works, isolations and out-of-hours access are booked with the building’s technical team before anyone starts, not negotiated on the morning.
Most of our work happens in buildings that stay open — malls, clinics, offices and kitchens. That shapes how we plan every job, long before anyone picks up a tool.

01On every site
None of this is unusual. What matters is that it happens on a two-day call-out as well as on a full fit-out.
Hot works, isolations and out-of-hours access are booked with the building’s technical team before anyone starts, not negotiated on the morning.
Live systems are isolated, proved dead and locked off before work begins. On occupied buildings the isolation window is agreed in writing first.
Electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians, and nobody works on a system they have not been trained for.
Hard hat, hi-vis, safety footwear, gloves and eye protection on every site, including short visits and surveys.
Work areas are separated from the public and from other trades, which matters most in malls and clinics that stay open while we work.
Materials cleared and routes kept clear at the end of each shift — most site injuries start as a trip hazard someone meant to move later.
02Occupied buildings
A mall unit beside a trading shop, a clinic with patients in the next room, a kitchen that has to serve at noon — the method changes, the standard does not.
Work is split so a clinic can treat, an office can trade and a kitchen can serve while installation continues around them.
Noisy, dusty and hot works are done outside trading hours when the centre or the tenant requires it.
Power and water shutdowns are scheduled with you, with a start and finish time we hold to.
Screening, extraction and protected routes, so the part of the building still in use stays usable.
03Before we start
Landlords, mall technical teams and main contractors ask for these before granting access. We prepare them as part of the job rather than as an afterthought.
Tell us the building and what your landlord or main contractor requires, and we will send it over.
