The brief
A dental clinic at BurJuman. Each surgery needed power for the chair and its equipment, water and suction drainage at the right positions, and air conditioning that keeps a treatment room comfortable without blowing across the patient.
What we did
- Electrical distribution board and final circuits for treatment equipment
- Water supply and drainage to each treatment room
- Air conditioning and fresh air to the treated areas
- Testing, commissioning and handover records
On site
The clinic sits inside a working mall, so first fix and anything noisy ran outside trading hours. Services were set out from the equipment drawings rather than the architectural layout, because in a surgery the equipment position decides everything.
Outcome
Commissioned and handed over with test records, ready for the clinic’s equipment installation and licensing inspection.
